How much notice do you need to give for a booking?

You can book anytime! We do recommend that you book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively, you can contact us on the day to check availability.


How much does it cost?

All prices are available on our website. Prices may vary depending on time of year or intended use i.e. home/business or location.

What does the price include?

The price includes delivery of your chosen castle on that date, generally between 9am and 12noon. Our trained staff will set your inflatable up for you and instruct you on it. We peg it down and price also includes blower fan and safety mats (if required).

What sort of surface is needed for the inflatable?

The surface where you are placing the inflatable needs to be flat, preferably grass, and clean with no sharp objects including rocks.

Do you have to pay a deposit?

Please note we do full weekends only an additional delivery charge may apply. All bookings are confirmed once the €50 deposit has been received. Full payment is due 3 days prior to the booking & we will provide you with an online payment link to pay the balance.

How do you pay?

You can pay by Credit / Debit card when you book online or you can pay by Credit / Debit card 3 days before your booking. We will provide you with an online link to pay the balance.

What if it rains?

Most of our Inflatables have a built in rain-cover so light showers will not ruin the day. If the weather happens to be too bad you can rebook your inflatable for another day.

How much space is required?

You will need to allow a minimum of 4 feet at the front of your inflatable and a minimum of 3 all around. Please make sure the surrounding area is clear of garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc.


Is it safe?

The safety of our customers is always our prime concern as well as making sure everyone has as much fun as possible. All of our operators have been fully trained to ensure your attraction is professionally run, but also to provide real entertainment and value for money at the same time.

Is there a limit to the number of children that can use the castle/slide/obstacle course at a time?

Yes each castle/slide/obstacle course has a guide printed on the side or front. Our drivers can also advise on the capacities of our Inflatables during the safety briefing given on delivery.

Do we have insurance?

Yes we do.

Are our units clean?

Yes. All our Inflatables are clean. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, healthy and safe environment.

Can we deliver with no side entrance and take castle through the house?

Bouncy castles are bigger and heavier than most people expect, and so to move them we use large sack trucks. Unfortunately if it should rain, water will get inside the inflatable and this tends to drain out whilst being removed, sometimes on your carpet! Please contact us to discuss what options are available to you prior to booking.
